Apply Coconut Oil to chapped lips as needed throughout the day. Use a cotton swab or a clean finger to dab the oil onto your lips.
Aloe vera has a number of uses and is best known as a home remedy for sunburns. Its anti-inflammatory properties and soothing effect make it a great choice for treating chapped lips, too.
You can buy organic aloe vera in a gel form, or you can use fresh aloe vera from the leaf of an aloe plant. To do this, cut a leaf off the plant and slice it open to scoop out the gel. Store it in a container, and apply the gel to your lips
with your fingers as needed.
The enzymes in aloe vera have mild exfoliating properties, so you’ll want to limit your use of aloe vera to just two or three times per day.

Dark-Puffy eyes or Dark Circles:
Symptoms:
Dark patch under eyes.
puffiness of eyelid (eye bags)
Tiredness
Weakness
purple or bluish hue under eyes depending on skin color.
You may need to visit a doctor if discoloration persists for a long time or appears under just one eye.
Causes:
There are a number of contributing factors for dark circles. Some common causes of include:
Fatigue: Oversleeping, extreme fatigue, or just staying up a few hours past your normal bedtime can cause dark circles to form under your eyes. Sleep deprivation can cause your skin to become dull and pale, allowing for
dark tissues and blood vessels beneath your skin to show.
Lack of sleep can also cause fluid to build underneath your eyes, causing them to appear puffy. As a result, the dark circles you see may actually be shadows cast by your puffy eyelids.
Age: Natural aging is another common cause of those dark circles beneath your eyes. As you get older, your skin becomes thinner. You also lose the fat and collagen needed to maintain your skin’s elasticity. As this occurs,
the dark blood vessels beneath your skin become more visible causing the area below your eyes to darken.
Eye strain: Staring at your television or computer screen can cause significant strain on your eyes. This strain can cause blood vessels around your eyes to enlarge. As a result, the skin surrounding your eyes can darken.
Allergies: Allergic reactions and eye dryness can trigger dark circles. When you have an allergic reaction, your body release histamines as a response to harmful bacteria. Other than causing uncomfortable symptoms —
including itchiness, redness, and puffy eyes — histamines also cause your blood vessels to dilate and become more visible beneath your skin.
Sun overexposure: Overexposure to the sun can cause your body to produce an excess of melanin, the pigment that provides your skin with color. Too much sun — particularly for your eyes — can cause pigmentation in the
surrounding skin to darken.
Genetics: Family history also plays a part in developing dark circles under your eyes. It can be an inherited trait seen early in childhood, and may worsen as you age or slowly disappear. Predispositions to other medical
conditions — such as thyroid disease — can also result in dark circles beneath your eyes.
Treatment:
Aloe vera: Gel from the inner leaf of the aloe vera plant is emollient and moisturizing. It can be successful as a topical remedy for rosacea.
Many moisturizers contain aloe. You can use these and follow package directions. Or, harvest a leaf from a live aloe plant and apply inner gel directly to your skin. It’s possible to be sensitive or allergic to aloe vera, so do a patch test
before you apply it to larger areas.
Burdock: Burdock is available as a supplement, extract, or food.
As an edible remedy, burdock root can purify your liver and clear up skin conditions such as acne. Burdock plant extract can be an effective treatment for rosacea.
Chamomile: Chamomile essential oil can be diluted and applied, too. You can also make chamomile tea, wait for it to cool, and apply as a skin wash or compress.
Coconut Oil: Moisturizers like coconut oil are popular for all sorts of inflammatory skin conditions, including rosacea.
There aren’t recent studies showing coconut oil to be effective for rosacea. Still, it could help as a known anti-inflammatory, antioxidant, and moisturizer.
Apply a small amount of high quality coconut oil to your skin. You can also use it as a carrier oil for appropriate essential oils if desired.
Green tea: Green tea is very rich in antioxidants and is available as a tea and herbal supplement. Research has shown it can be effective in the treatment of rosacea.
Antioxidants are helpful for inflammation, including skin conditions. As such, green tea may be a popular ingredient in skin products and creams for rosacea. Applying topical products with green tea is the best method for treating
rosacea.
Cooled green tea may also be used as a compress and you can drink the tea for numerous health benefits, too.

De-Tan and Glowing Skin:
Tanning is the process of melanin (skin pigment) increase caused by exposure to sunlight. This is the body's natural way of shielding the skin from sun damage. Your body releases melanin just under your skin’s surface when exposed to harsh
sunlight. This helps to absorb the radiation from UV rays. So the higher the UV rays exposure, the higher the pigmentation, and the darker the tan.
Areas prone to tan:
Face
Arms
Hands
Legs
feet
Back
Neck
You may need to visit a doctor if discoloration persists for a long time.
Causes:
There are a number of contributing factors for Tanning. Some common causes of include:
UV-A: These rays are said to be the most dangerous element responsible for causing skin tan. The UVA rays penetrate the deeper layers of your skin, thus damaging the cells. Melanocytes cells release melanin which causes the
brown, dark colour of your skin.
UV-B: UV-B rays usually harm the upper layers of your skin. Exposure to these rats surges in summer and lessens during the winter. Unlike UVA rays, UVB doesn't trigger melanocytes. However, it induces damage to DNA that
further boosts the production of melanin.
UV-C: When UVA rays penetrate the layers of the skin, they signal the melanocytes (skin’s cells) to produce excess melanin (skin-darkening pigment). This further darkens due to oxidation and causes skin tanning.
Treatment:
Aloe vera: Gel from the inner leaf of the aloe vera plant is emollient and can be used for De-tan.

Bleaching: Bleaching is an effective and instant tan removal solution. It helps to remove the dead skin cells, hydrates the skin, and lightens the skin tone. When you rinse off the bleaching cream, the upper layer of your
skin is exfoliated, which makes it look visibly bright and glowing.
However, do not do regular bleaching as the chemical ingredients in it might harm your skin.

Hair Fall:
Symptoms:
Hair loss can appear in many different ways, depending on what's causing it. It can come on suddenly or gradually and affect just your scalp or your whole body:
Gradual thinning on top of head. This is the most common type of hair loss, affecting people as they age. In men, hair often begins to recede at the hairline on the forehead. Women typically have a broadening of the part in their hair. An
increasingly common hair loss pattern in older women is a receding hairline (frontal fibrosing alopecia).
Circular or patchy bald spots. Some people lose hair in circular or patchy bald spots on the scalp, beard or eyebrows. Your skin may become itchy or painful before the hair falls out.
Sudden loosening of hair. A physical or emotional shock can cause hair to loosen. Handfuls of hair may come out when combing or washing your hair or even after gentle tugging. This type of hair loss usually causes overall hair thinning but
is temporary.
Full-body hair loss. Some conditions and medical treatments, such as chemotherapy for cancer, can result in the loss of hair all over your body. The hair usually grows back.
Patches of scaling that spread over the scalp. This is a sign of ringworm. It may be accompanied by broken hair, redness, swelling and, at times, oozing.
Causes:
There are a number of contributing factors like:
STRESS: THE HAIR FALL CAUSES YOU NEVER KNEW
Emotional well-being is very important and is linked to many illnesses including hair fall. Stress is one of the factors which is a key to hair fall problems, making it one of the biggest reasons of hair loss. However, hair fall due to stress
is not permanent. It is a recoverable and tiding over ones stresses will be the an ideal hair fall solution.
STYLING: Flat irons, curling tongs, and blow dryers may improve the appearance of hair temporarily but their regular use can cause permanent hair damage. The heat from these styling tools not only absorbs all the moisture
from the hair but excessive use can also cause damage to the hair follicles and scalp, making it another reason of hair loss. Reducing heat styling and letting your hair bask in its original glory can be a solution to lessen your hair fall
problems.
DIET: Not known to many, hair fall problems can also be caused with lack of protein in diet. Deficiency of food rich in iron and vitamin B leads to hair fall. As your hair doesn’t get enough nourishment, it weakens and
tends to fall. Diet plays a key role when it comes to strengthening the roots. When the hair roots are strong the hair follicle is strong and hence less hair fall problem.
AGING: As we all age there is senescence in all cells of the body and hair cells are one of them which show sign of aging with reduced growth, weaker strands and hair thinning. There is also greying of hair follicles with
age. The regeneration potential in which falling hair fibres (catagen) hair are replaced with growing new hair follicles (anagen) hair reduces. While greying can be camouflaged using hair dye/ colour, hair fall is one thing that cannot be
covered. Science has evolved and new hair loss control treatments like hair transplantation and hair weaving/ synthetic hair implants are available, but the maintenance of these is expensive and they do not guarantee a permanent solution.
MEDICATION: Hair fall is a common side effect after some allopathic medication. Hair fall caused to medication can be temporary and is reversible. This generally happens due to reduced growing follicles and a large number
of follicles convert to shedding hair follicles causing sudden, severe hair fall. This hair loss takes time to grow back any many times the recovery is not complete.
CLOGGED SCALP: A healthy scalp has a great part to play when it comes to hair growth. Sweat and dirt can clog the follicles and create an unpleasant environment, stagnating hair growth, and it becomes a reason of hair fall.
If one doesn’t maintain a healthy scalp, hair fall problems are unavoidable. Hair fall control remedies like DIY masks which person use on their own are one of the leading causes of a clogged scalp.
Treatment:
Egg Mask: Eggs are rich in sulphur, phosphorous, selenium, iodine, zinc and protein, which together help promote hair growth. To prepare the mask:
Separate one egg white in a bowl and add a teaspoon each of olive oil and honey.
Beat to make a paste and apply it all over from root to tips.
After 20 minutes, rinse with a mild shampoo.
Licorice Root: This herb prevents hair loss and further damage to the hair. It helps soothe the scalp and get rid of any dry flakes/dandruff.
Make a paste by adding a tablespoon of ground liquorice root and a quarter teaspoon saffron to one cup of milk.
Apply this to your scalp and hair length and leave it on overnight.
The next morning, wash your hair.
Repeat this twice a week.
Coconut Milk: The protein and essential fats in it promote hair growth and prevent hair loss.
To prepare the milk:
Grate a medium-sized coconut and simmer it in a pan for five minutes.
Strain and cool.
Then add one tablespoon of each crushed black pepper and fenugreek seeds to the milk.
Apply on your scalp and hair.
After 20 minutes, rinse with a shampoo.
Green Tea: This tea is rich in antioxidants, which help boost hair growth and prevent hair loss.
Soak two three teabags in one-two cups of hot water depending on the length of your hair.
When it cools, pour this over your scalp and hair, while gently massaging your head.
Rinse with cool water after an hour.
Beetroot Juice: Beetroot is rich in vitamins C and B6, folate, manganese, betaine and potassium, all of which are essential for healthy hair growth. Besides, it acts as a detoxification agent by helping keep the scalp clean.
Boil 7-8 beetroot leaves and grind along with 5-6 henna leaves.
Apply this paste on your scalp and leave for 15-20 minutes before rinsing with warm water.
Aloe Vera: Aloe Vera is an effective home remedy for hair loss and to boost hair growth. It is also effective in reducing problems of the scalp like itching and flaking.
Take the stalk of Aloe Vera and extract the pulp.
Apply it to your hair and scalp and leave it for about 45 minutes.
Rinse with normal water. You can do this three to four times a week to see better results.
